You’ll be part of Endpoint Management where you, together with your colleagues, will work and collaborate with the global Digital Workplace department which currently supports workplace, communication, and collaboration technologies, including PC and OS, mobile device management, and print solutions.  


You’ll play an important role in:  

  • being responsible for third-level support of Citrix operations, including troubleshooting and supporting issues related to infrastructure and hosted applications, and providing resolutions 

  • leading or facilitating discussions, investigations, and tasks related to Citrix technology to ensure highest availability, stability, and integrity of the Citrix infrastructure and delivery 

  • maintaining service quality levels by managing incidents, problems, and changes to the service efficiently and effectively, following the agreed and documented processes 

  • continually improving repetitive tasks via Automation using PowerShell or other related tools to manage Citrix and its associated infrastructure. 


To succeed in the role, you:  

  • have a bachelor’s degree in computer software engineering, computer science, or a related field 

  • possess in-depth expertise in administration, troubleshooting, and technical support for Citrix infrastructure version 7 and above – experience with Citrix MCS and Netscaler would be an added advantage 

  • have solid experience resolving issues related to Msoft technologies like Active Directory, SCCM, and Group Policies and their inter-related dependencies and connections to the Citrix infrastructure 

  • have a strong understanding of virtualisation and hypervisors, especially associated with VMware 

  • are able to demonstrate a logical mindset, are comfortable collaborating with global customer/stakeholders, and are a team player 

  • are passionate in creating and documenting knowledge articles and processes.
