Join us in this role where you’ll deliver end-to-end talent acquisition activities for our organisation across our European locations. You’ll partner with leaders from across the business to source and recruit the best range of diverse talents.

Welcome to Global Talent Acquisition
You’ll be part of the Talent Acquisition team in Europe where you, together with your colleagues, will act as a trusted advisor, partnering with leaders across multiple business units and countries, leveraging effective stakeholder management skills. Together, you'll be consulting with leaders to provide a best-in-class recruitment service, using sourcing and passive pipeline management techniques, whilst providing a memorable candidate experience.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • leading end-to-end recruitments across multiple roles and business units, resulting in a superior candidate, and hiring manager experience
  • developing and implementing sourcing strategies to identify and engage top talent, conducting thorough candidate screenings, assessing qualifications and cultural fit and behavioural add
  • effectively pitching our Value Proposition, explaining our way we work, negotiating and closing offers, while providing a fantastic candidate experience
  • proactively building passive candidate pipelines with an analytical and data-driven approach
  • displaying a working style which is organised and methodical, collecting and harnessing information which can neatly assist our search for talent
  • proactively developing strong partnerships with functional leaders and HR Partners, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor, guiding managers to make smart and EDI conforming hiring decisions.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • hold extensive experience in recruitment, ideally with both a blend of agency experience and in-house or corporate experience, working in a global matrix organisation
  • preferably hold expertise in recruiting for finance roles and possess the flexibility to take on and quickly calibrate to new searches
  • have the ability to manage several searches at varying levels from entry-level to director-level searches by utilising sourcing skills, building talent pipelines through networking, employee referrals, and other creative channels.
  • demonstrate commitment to being a true ‘talent advisor’ to the business with the natural ability to be organised in how you think, communicate, and conduct your work
  • retain strong verbal and written communication skills in English, and are outgoing, communicative, and seek to build relationships on a daily basis
  • possess an open-minded and curious mindset allowing you to constantly learn and challenge the status quo as well as understand and deal with cultural differences.
