Account Payable Analyst - Expense Management

Join us in this role where you’ll be responsible for ensuring expense management process around the world are processed on time while ensuring quality of the services rendered to our stakeholders. You’ll play a key role in managing employee’s expense report and ensuring they are aligned with company policies and regulations. Additionally, you’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders and to resolve discrepancies, offering solutions, and contributing to process improvements to optimise the expense management processes.

You’ll be part of Financial Services KUL where you, together with your colleagues, will support the expense management process for US, Europe, and Asia Pacific region. Our team consists of 30 people incl. you. We are committed to delivering exceptional service and creating an inclusive workplace where diverse perspectives are valued. You’ll play an important role in:

  • verifying employees expense reports in Concur and validating with our Expense Policy’
  • expense posting follow up, providing solutions to technical issues with posting, as well as processing corrections in SAP
  • processing Cash Advance requests and handling daily Credit Card files load to Concur
  • running monthly check on approval hierarchy, cost object approval, and preparing quarterly compliance reports, sending out emails to employees who violated the policy, analysing report results
  • running bi-weekly reminder procedures, analysing the results, and assisting in Credit Card temporary limitation process
  • providing support to our employees through phone (TRIO) and Service Now.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • hold a university degree, preferably in business, finance, accounting, or related field
  • are a fresh graduate or have over 2 years of SAP and Concur experiences in similar roles
  • demonstrate excellent communication skills with fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin
  • have strong analytical abilities and a continuous improvement mindset for issues and problem solving.
