Credit Card Administrator

Join us in this role where you’ll be responsible for the deliveries from the Accounts Payable Team, making sure that they meet the agreed upon service levels. You’ll be performing day-to-day operation activities and taking appropriate action if quality or timing is not on target. You’ll have a large interface with group functions, managers and employees all over the world, so it’s important that you’re able to communicate positively and constructively, as well as be service-minded and flexible.

Welcome to Financial Services
You’ll be part of Accounts Payable Team where you, together with your colleagues, will perform activities related to corporate credit card, handle employee expense reports in the Concur system, and provide business support to employees using Service Now, our internal ticketing system. We also have a Financial Services team in Denmark and Malaysia and there’ll be close cooperation with these teams in daily operations, as well as in your initial training period.  As a team, we promote team collaboration, work in a trustworthy environment, and have space to excel in our skills and competencies.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • handling the credit card process, incl. applications, cancellation, and redistribution
  • handling the termination process and closing credit cards
  • controlling and processing expense reports in Concur
  • handling various reminder processes and ad hoc reporting
  • supporting employees via phone, email, and Service Now, our ticketing tool.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • have a relevant educational background and have completed a bachelor’s degree or relevant previous experience
  • have experience with credit card management or expense processes in Concur
  • are highly self-organised and possess a proactive and systematic approach to your work tasks
  • have very good communication skills and speak and write English at B2 level
  • have very good excel skills.
