Assistant Contract Manager

Welcome to the NEP Procurement team
You’ll be part of our Execution Contract Management team where you, together with your colleagues, will manage our supplier contracts in the execution phase of our US offshore wind projects. You’ll work closely with your project colleagues in a team-based and supportive environment. You’ll play an important role in:
- managing administrative tasks related to variations, amendments and claims
- handling payment certificates
- supporting back office and internal stakeholder alignment
- participating and assisting in project meetings with suppliers
- supporting Contract Managers across general contract management activities
- analysing and cost consolidation.
To succeed in the role, you:
- have a positive, result-oriented, and proactive approach to your tasks
- have a structured and analytical approach to your work, enabling you to manoeuvre and deliver business-critical projects successfully
- have experience with administrative tasks
- are strong with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- can cooperate efficiently with colleagues from other in-house functions in a global cross-cultural context.
