Project QHSE Manager

Imagine a future where you drive world-class QHSE through supporting development and operational projects throughout their lifecycle across the UK region

Join us in this role where you’ll be the key QHSE lead supporting DEVEX and OPEX projects. You’ll be part of the core project management team where you’ll matrix manage QHSE advisors. You’ll engage with onshore and offshore contractors and report relevant information to the required stakeholders (including the Health & Safety Executive).

You’ll be part of QHSE UK where you, together with your colleagues, will set the QHSE strategy and be the workstream lead in development and special operational projects. You’ll be responsible for preparing a project for the various stages of obtaining QHSE consents and preparing QHSE documents to support our bids in an ever-increasing competitive landscape, where experience and innovation play an equally important role in ensuring the next project for our company.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • supporting development and special operational project teams in setting the QHSE standard in the project and in accordance with our company’s overall QHSE goals and ambition
  • supporting the project teams and preparing QHSE documentation
  • ensuring that early-stage site investigations and surveys are carried out in a safe way
  • ensuring stakeholder management at all levels, externally and internally.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • have a track record of implementing and monitoring the requirements of CDM 2015
  • hold a NEBOSH qualification – construction certificate and/or diploma
  • ideally have experience from offshore wind/offshore environment
  • have project management experience
  • have quality management experience
  • are willing to work offshore.
