Software Engineer

Join us in this role where you’ll work in our development team and participate in all phases of the software development project life cycle, incl. analysis, design, development of code, testing of business software applications, and project implementation in a distributed SAFe agile setup.

Welcome to Software Engineering
You’ll be part of the Software Engineer Competence Centre where you, together with your colleagues, will provide IT integration services to all business units in our group, enabling the business to grow rapidly across the globe. We’re following the principles of SAFe, emphasising collaboration, continuous improvement, and cross-functional alignment to deliver our goals efficiently. You’ll play an important role in:

  • developing and maintaining IT systems to operate our wind farms and make Wind Power Operations more sustainable, transparent, and profitable
  • contributing to the efficiency of the windfarms and thereby playing an important role in the green agenda
  • creating business value by developing new and maintaining existing functionality on IT products for Wind Power Operation
  • creating and maintaining software solutions for both internal and external users.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • have experience in .Net Core, .NET, and C# as well as understanding of clean code principles and object-oriented programming
  • have an understanding of DevOps practices, such as CI/CD, e.g., Azure DevOps, source control, and automated testing
  • have experience in Azure Cloud platforms and container technology, such as DevOps, Git Repository, Test Plans, and Build and Release
  • are proficient in RDBMS, such as SQL Server
  • have fundamental experience in Angular or Python.
