Join us in this pivotal role where you’ll play a key role in building and implementing a Privacy & Compliance Framework to strengthen our resilience towards risks in an increasingly complex and ever-changing world.

Welcome to GPS Quality & Compliance
You’ll be part of Privacy & Compliance Team where you, together with your colleagues, will take a lead role in upholding the highest standards of data protection and service quality across all GPS operations. You'll collaborate extensively with colleagues from GPS, Procurement, Legal, IT Security, and Human Resources to ensure a comprehensive approach. Additionally, you'll be an integral part of the People ART team. Here, you'll leverage the Scaled Agile Framework methodology to provide data protection support to all teams within the ART. As a team, we value and embrace inclusion and diversity, we are more than 30 nationalities, work together across geographies to deliver our services to the business in the agreed quality.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • developing and leading a comprehensive compliance framework for Global People Services, fostering a culture of strong governance and data privacy
  • collaborating with Agile teams on the implementation of prioritised features and epics, meticulously documenting processes to guarantee adherence to data privacy regulations
  • enforcing the principles of Privacy by Design and by Default, ensuring data protection is embedded throughout the entire development lifecycle
  • fostering seamless collaboration between various departments, incl. Business, IT, Legal, Internal Controls, and Audit
  • overseeing the robust implementation of internal controls within the Hire to Retire process.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • have experience developing and implementing data privacy compliance frameworks
  • have in-depth understanding of data protection regulations, like GDPR, and high-level knowledge of other data protection regulations
  • have proven ability to translate complex regulations into clear, actionable guidance for stakeholders across the organisation
  • have excellent communication and collaboration skills to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • have passion for building strong relationships and fostering a collaborative work environment
  • preferably have certification in data protection, such as CIPP, CIPM, or CIPT, and experience working in an Agile methodology.
