Join us in this role where you’ll have independent responsibility in relation to our global trademark tasks and work with intellectual property rights in close collaboration with experienced colleagues in Legal.

Welcome to Legal
You’ll be part of Legal EPCO where you, together with your colleagues, will work on a wide range of trademark-related issues such as communication with our external trademark attorneys and developing polices for filing and maintaining trademarks globally. As a team, we have a collaborative approach, you’ll be an integrated part of the team, and your input and ideas will be valued.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • managing and overseeing Ørsted’s global trademark portfolio, ensuring that all trademarks are properly filed, and overseeing the ongoing costs
  • corresponding with external trademark attorneys and trademark-granting authorities to coordinate filings and manage ongoing cases
  • engaging with relevant stakeholders within the business, including our marketing and branding departments, to ensure alignment and compliance across all trademark-related activities
  • maintaining a comprehensive overview of the trademark portfolio, including tracking the filing history and status of applications
  • assisting with various tasks related to trademark management, including monitoring legal developments in intellectual property law that may impact our trademark strategy
  • assisting with the contractual implementation of our intellectual property strategy.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • are a law student or a business law student
  • have at least two years left of your studies
  • are particularly interested in intellectual property rights
  • have a proactive and systematic approach to your tasks and can handle multiple tasks at the same time
  • speak and write Danish and English.
