Head of SWA Negotiation & Management
Imagine a future where you lead a global team responsible for products and Service Warranty Agreements

Join us in this role where you’ll lead the SWA, Products and Management team, driving and managing Service Warranty Agreement (SWAs) and handling strategic product initiatives with our original equipment manufacturers across our Offshore Wind Projects. You will be responsible for a great team currently based in DK, UK and Taiwan leading, implementing and managing SWAs as well as aligning and handling products from our OEMs (original equipment manufacturers).

You’ll be part of a global commercial team in Generation where you, together with your colleagues, will lead our SWAs and handle all aspects of SWA management for our offshore wind farms as well as having a key role to support our product purchases from the OEMs. As a team, we value collaboration, integrity, and strategic thinking and we work hard to create value for Ørsted’s operation.
You’ll play an important role in:
- managing and developing the SWA, Products and Management team
- building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- creating the strategy for and oversee negotiation and operational aspects of SWA, ensuring effective contract management and cooperation across our sites
- ensuring and optimizing the value of SWAs across Generation, including entering commercial agreements and settlements and foster co-operation related to SWAs across sites
- collaborating closely with procurement teams and handle internal setups such as Generation Strategic Sourcing Support
- handling interfaces with the OEMs relating to products.
To succeed in the role, you:
- hold a relevant degree in fields such as economics, business, law, engineering or similar or have equivalent professional experience
- have a strategic mindset and strong experience in negotiation and management, preferably within the renewable energy industry
- are preferably experienced in leading and developing a team across different cultural and educational backgrounds
- demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- have good communication and interpersonal skills and are adept at building relationships with stakeholders at all levels, and thrive in working in international environments and are fluent in English
- are result orientated, driven and open to learning good at managing long term change as well as drive continuous improvement.
